Job summary

Cosentino's Price Chopper #117 in Gardner, KS is seeking a Day Clerk to assist customers and keep shelves stocked, displays updated, and pricing accurate. This part-time, non-exempt role reports to the Store Director and supports daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will unload shipments, rotate stock, monitor expiration dates, answer questions, and help maintain a clean, safe store. High school diploma preferred; ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of ongoing training and development as listed on Cosentino Learning Plan.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Know and implement the Cosentino Customer Service Standards.
• Unload and sort shipments and stock shelves.
• Keep back room and coolers clean and organized.
• Stock shelves by UPC codes and face front displays.
• Monitor expiration dates and rotate stock.
• Answer customer questions and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and comply with health regulations.
• Operate equipment safely.
