Job summary

Carolina Senior Care in Lexington, NC, is seeking a Day Center Coordinator LPN to supervise PCAs and CNAs in activities of daily living and day center services for EveryAge PACE participants. Under supervision of the Center Administrator and RN Health Care Coordinator, you will monitor safety and support restorative care.

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, ensuring participant well-being and a positive, caring environment for elders in our center.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before direct participant contact.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• One year of management experience, preferably in a geriatric care setting.

Position Summary:

• A minimum of one year's experience working with the frail or elderly population.


• One year of management experience, preferably in a geriatric care setting required.
