Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
2. Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters.

4. Communicate regularly with parents about their children's latest adventures and achievements.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must meet state-specific guidelines and possess the required certifications for the role.
2. Must possess criteria for Head teacher as per NJ licensing requirements.
3. Have one or more years of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
4. Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
