Fusion Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Westfield, MA seeks a dedicated CNA to assist residents with daily living activities during 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM shifts. Full-time positions with a daily pay option and a supportive team environment are offered.

The role includes reporting health changes to the nurse, maintaining resident dignity, and ensuring clean, safe living areas. CNA certification is required; 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA: 1 year preferred.

• Assist residents with daily living activities and observation of health issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing fluids and nourishment.
• Help residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist residents with feeding and nutritional supplements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift

• Help Residents with personal hygiene

• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse

• Document Resident food and fluid intake

• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements

• Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy

• Transport Residents within the facility

• Assist nurses and other staff as needed

• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures

• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards

• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

Experience:

• CNA: 1 year (Preferred)
