Responsibilities

• Understands that safety is the number one priority and practices safe behaviors on the sales floor
• Maintains a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment
• Treats Customers and Associates with respect and courtesy; is friendly and professional at all times
• Greet Customers by eye contact, smile, and say hello; assist with merchandise and questions
• Responds promptly to Customer Service calls and resolves issues with store leadership when needed
• Represents and supports the Ross brand at all times
• Performs cleaning tasks and maintains a neat, organized store per guidelines
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to dress code
