Dunkin' Donuts is hiring for an entry-level Sandwich Maker to support busy shifts starting early in the morning. You’ll learn Dunkin' recipes and standard serving procedures while delivering fast, friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior restaurant experience required – training provided.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and other food items according to Dunkin' recipes and standards.
• Prepare orders accurately according to guest specifications.
• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate guest service.
• Take orders and process transactions using the POS system, when applicable.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized sandwich station, kitchen, dining area, and restroom.
• Stock food, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow Dunkin' brand standards, procedures, and company policies.
• Complete opening, cleaning, stocking, and closing duties as assigned.
• Answer guest questions and communicate concerns to a manager when needed.
• Work effectively with the team to maintain speed of service and a positive guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
