Job summary

MS Companies in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale a modern enterprise cloud data platform. • Solid understanding of cloud data architecture (Azure preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

We’re partnering with a confidential, industry-leading organization in the infrastructure and construction materials sector to hire a Senior Data Engineer who will help build and scale a modern enterprise cloud data platform.

This is a hands-on senior role focused on production systems. You’ll design and optimize data pipelines, strengthen the Databricks environment, implement Delta Lake and data governance, and improve the reliability, performance, and cost efficiency of the cloud data platform. You’ll work closely with Data Strategy, Finance, Operations, and Analytics teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Base salary: $130,000 - $155,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
• 10% annual performance bonus (up to 2x multiplier opportunity)
