Job summary

CACI is seeking a Dataflow Engineer in the United States (Maryland) to design, implement, and maintain scalable dataflow systems using Apache NiFi. The role involves collaborating with data providers and consumers to ensure reliable movement of data across diverse environments, and supporting troubleshooting for operational dataflows.

The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, hands-on NiFi experience (including clustering), and familiarity with Agile development.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
• Education & Experience: technical field from accredited institutions.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Apache NiFi.
• Experience setting up NiFi clusters.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to write and interpret Regular Expressions (RegEx).

Responsibilities

• Route, transform, and enrich data across diverse systems.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Apache NiFi workflows and clusters.
• Partner with data source and destination stakeholders to ensure smooth dataflow operations.
• Assist with escalated customer tickets and troubleshooting dataflow issues.
• Support continuous improvement of dataflow processes and reliability.
