Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support a large analytic cloud repository in Annapolis Junction, MD, augmenting a dataflow team responsible for Data Flow Management and mission-critical distribution.

You will work with engineering and operations teams to manage, optimize, and modernize data flows within a high-ingest analytic environment, leveraging NiFi or similar technologies. Peraton offers substantial benefits, 25 days PTO, and a discretionary bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in system engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline is required.
• 17 years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
• Demonstrated experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
• Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations as needed.
