Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company, seeks a Data Observability Engineer to lead Datadog-based observability across the enterprise data ecosystem. You will design, implement, and expand monitoring, dashboards, and alerts to ensure platform health and performance.

The role emphasizes integration of Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Power BI, and Tableau, partnering with data engineering teams to instrument pipelines and enable autonomous remediation.

Qualifications

Hands-on Datadog deployment in enterprise environments.
Experience integrating data platforms into Datadog for monitoring and observability.
Understanding of data pipelines, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
Ability to work across multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide data observability solutions using Datadog.
Integrate data platforms and technologies into Datadog to provide centralized monitoring, dashboards, metrics, and alerting.
Build observability for modern data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Power BI, Tableau.
Develop dashboards that provide real-time visibility into platform health and performance.
Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to improve reliability and automation.
