Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse/Datacenter Associate in Ridgeville, SC to oversee freight operations, perform quality checks, handle daily inventory cycles, and manage component installation in server racks. The role requires safety awareness, cross-training across departments, and strong coaching skills.

The position emphasizes hands-on work with live electrical equipment, use of WMS, and equipment like straddle stackers and pallet jacks, with a Monday–Friday 2:00 pm–10:30 pm shift.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience.

• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols.
• Ability to work with live electrical and electronic equipment and components.

• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm (B Shift).

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight, including shipping documents and records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight for accurate part numbers, quantities, and condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts at the datacenter.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee and perform server-rack placement on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices.
• Oversee and perform population of electronic components and cabling installation into server racks using diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Operate straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Oversee and perform cleanup activities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards.
• Maintain daily adherence to safety and process procedures.
• Delegate and coach team members while interacting with customers and on-site stakeholders.
