Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a shift lead in its Ridgeville datacenter facility. The role involves coordinating loading/unloading, performing quality checks, and managing daily inventory counts to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment.

The position requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, 3–5 years of related experience, and proficiency with computers. Electrical safety knowledge is essential for handling live equipment. 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm shift.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for critical parts on site at the datacenter.
• Oversee rack installation and cabling in server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain safety per 5S standards.
