Job summary

DSV in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for A Shift to oversee inbound/outbound freight, inventory counts, and server-rack installation in our datacenter. You’ll ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency and coach a small team daily.

Required are 3–5 years of related experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and computer literacy. We offer $23/hour, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) matching, and paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills are needed.
• Experience with computers is required.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge protocols is required.
• 3–5 years of related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to/from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders on site.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee placement of server racks and cabling into racks following diagrams.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain safety and cleanliness.
