Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lockbourne, OH is seeking a Warehouse Operator for the Kitting D Shift (Thu/Fri 6am-2:30pm, Sat/Sun 6am-6:30pm). This full-time role involves loading/unloading freight, performing quality checks, and maintaining inventory within a datacenter setting.

You will operate straddle stackers and electric pallet jacks, assemble server racks, and ensure safety and 5S standards while collaborating with multiple teams. 1–3 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and 5S standards.
• Able to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, checking part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical parts.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using warehouse systems.
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices.
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks from diagrams.
• Install rack hardware using hand, power and measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and 5S in the work area.
• Push, pull and lift tasks as part of daily activities.
