Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Technical Support Engineer:

• Deploy and configure computer systems, kiosks, POS systems, and VOIP phones.
• Set up and maintain hardware according to company standards.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure system functionality.
• Experience with rack and stack.
• Document installation procedures and maintain deployment logs.
• Collaborate with IT team members to support company-wide rollouts.
• Traveling 70 - 80% of the time for onsite installations for clients, including out of state travel

Required Skills for the Technical Support Engineer:

• 5+ years of deployment experience
• Strong knowledge of Juniper and Cisco technologies
• Experience with data center infrastructure, including racks, stacks, etc.
• A+ or Security+ certification is preferred
