Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Day to Day

Seeking dedicated Level 4 Technicians to provide support for datacenter network deployments. The first week on board will be a required week of training. Technicians’ primary focus will be to perform cable and device troubleshooting, along with verification of link health on network spans across the network during installation. Daily work will include: cabling and racking/stacking of new devices; de-install and re-install equipment and components; hardware break/fix; and networking support; Regional Network Gateway (RNG) device installs. Technicians will work through MS Teams to communicate with onsite points of contact and Network Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the installation process. Work will be across multiple sites in the Chicagoland area.
