As a Datacenter Security Operations Manager in Microsoft's Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I), Physical Security Team, you will be part of a global team dedicated to delivering the most trustworthy security program to protect personnel, infrastructure, data, and confidential information foundational to the Microsoft Cloud. You will be accountable for physical security operations at datacenters and related facilities within your region, collaborating with vendor security staff to meet security requirements, anticipate site-specific security issues, and lead risk mitigation strategies. You will communicate risk analysis findings to stakeholders and leaders, contributing to career growth and security program expertise. The role requires location in the applicable region and working from an assigned datacenter.

Compensation ranges from USD $75,100 to $148,900 annually across the U.S., with higher ranges in certain locations.
