Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Lancaster is seeking a Data Center Dock Associate for the D shift (Thu-Sun, 6am-4:30pm). You will assemble and install servers and electronic components, load/unload freight, and perform safety-driven daily tasks in a datacenter setting.

Responsibilities include inventory management, quality checks, and cabling installations with hand and power tools, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience is required.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verify part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using warehouse management systems.
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with accuracy.
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
