Vision Technologies is seeking a Lead Technician to drive all phases of datacenter installation projects. You will take ownership from engineering work packages to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and top‑quality workmanship.

The role requires leadership, meticulous documentation, and a strong customer‑facing orientation. Responsibilities include coordinating with technicians, adhering to Vision standards, and applying BICSI and industry certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BICSI and industry Certifications preferred.
• Ability to drive company vehicle and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technician manages all phases of Datacenter installation projects from work package to completion and final documentation.
• Exhibits leadership and delivers projects to meet customer expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Must stay current with installation procedures and the Vision standards for quality workmanship.
