Responsibilities

• Assist with supplier engagement (NDA processing, onboarding, information requests).
• Prepare and organize documents for bidding processes (RFx).
• Coordinate contracts and data, maintain operational reports and contract data.
• Collect and organize site energy consumption data for finance operations.
• Track supplier performance via data analysis for scorecards and SLA monitoring.
• Prepare artifacts for supplier business review meetings.
