Job summary

DSV is hiring for a Kitting Team Lead on B Shift at the Ridgeville datacenter. You will oversee loading and unloading, perform quality checks, and execute daily inventory counts to ensure accurate spare part availability.

You will also manage rack placement and cabling following diagrams, while operating material handling equipment and upholding strong safety standards. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong customer service, and solid computer and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills on site.
• Critical thinking and data-based decision making for production goals.
• Experience with computers and knowledge of electrical safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound/outbound freight and manage shipping records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and ensure part accuracy.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for datacenter spare parts.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse systems.
• Assist with server rack placement and cabling per diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain 5S safety standards.
