Job summary
NVIDIA is seeking a Datacenter GPU Power Architect to join its Applied Power Architecture team. You will contribute to energy-efficient designs and develop power estimation models for NVIDIA’s GPU products. Candidates should possess an MSEE/MSCE or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in power estimation and optimization. The base salary for this role ranges from 116,000 USD to 189,750 USD for Level 2 or 136,000 USD to 218,500 USD for Level 3, with eligibility for equity and benefits.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in power/performance estimation and optimization.
Knowledge of energy-efficient chip design fundamentals and tradeoffs.
Familiarity with low-power design techniques such as multi-VT and clock gating.
Responsibilities
Contribute to power estimation models and tools for GPU products.
Perform early GPU and system architecture exploration focusing on energy efficiency.
Deploy machine learning techniques for power and performance modeling.
