Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. seeks a Lead Architect - Datacenters to guide the architectural team through design and construction for complex datacenter projects. You will interface daily with the Client, Discipline Design Leads, and Exyte Management, aligning technical strategies with project goals and quality standards.

The role emphasizes mentoring, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and driving design excellence from studies to Construction Documents while upholding office standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires licensure as an Architect (AIA).
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience; 5+ years in datacenters.
• Experience executing projects using Autodesk Building System Software.
• Experience with Design-Build a plus; global/multi-office experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Architectural Designers across processes, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate and oversee the team to deliver technically sound solutions.
• Review architectural drawings for completeness, constructability, and coordination.
• Develop design deliverables from studies through Construction Documents; manage drawings and specs.
• Maintain primary accountability for all architectural designs and mentor junior staff.
• Contribute to development of office standards and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
