Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a Databricks Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade data platforms using Databricks. The role requires strong data engineering skills and leadership across cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

You will collaborate with product owners, analytics teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, govern data across workspaces, and drive modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Databricks expertise including clusters, notebooks, Delta Lake, MLflow, Unity Catalog.
• Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong proficiency in Spark, Python, SQL, and distributed data processing.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data architectures using Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
• Architect scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time streaming solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, provide best practices, and mentor data engineers.
