Qualifications

• 12–15 years of total experience required.
• Career progression toward BA PM or Developer BA PM.
• Strong technical project management and product ownership experience.
• Strong data and analytics background including data engineering and migration.
• Hands-on data engineering, data migration, data foundation, or data analytics projects.
• Deep understanding of Databricks, data engineering, and analytics environments.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and product development lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps.
• Skills in project planning, execution, risk and issue management, dependencies, and governance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and technical docs.

Role: Technical Project Manager & Product Owner Databricks

Location: Remote or Onsite Tampa, FL

Employment: Full-Time

Experience: 12 15 Years Maximum Overall Experience

Must-have Qualifications

• 12 15 years maximum overall experience
• Career progression should ideally be BA PM or Developer BA PM
• Strong Technical Project Management & Product Ownership experience
• Strong Data & Analytics (D&A) background with experience in Data Engineering, Application Development, Analytics, Data Migration, or Data Platforms
• Hands-on experience managing Data Engineering / Data Migration / Data Foundation / Data Analytics projects
• Strong understanding of Databricks, data engineering, and data/analytics environments
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and Product Development Life Cycle
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps
• Strong experience in project planning, execution, risk & issue management, dependency management, and governance
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, functional documentation, process flows, and technical requirements
