• Lead Data & Insights practice leadership and mentor talent across levels.
• Develop go-to-market offerings, reference architectures, and accelerators.
• Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Data to shape transformations.
• Oversee enterprise Databricks migrations and modernization programs.
