Job summary

Guidehouse in Arlington, VA is seeking a data engineering professional to connect, integrate, and orchestrate data, applications, and platform components across enterprise environments.

You will support large-scale data pipelines, troubleshooting integrations within modern cloud architectures, and implement secure data flows aligned with government standards.

A SECRET clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with Databricks, Python, SQL, ETL concepts, and RESTful APIs are required.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with system integration, data pipelines, or interoperability.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or similar languages for data interactions.
• Experience with ETL/ELT concepts and REST-based service communication.
• Experience with Databricks or hands-on training using Databricks notebooks, workflows, or Delta Lake.

Responsibilities

• Connect, integrate, and orchestrate data, applications, and platform components to ensure seamless interoperability across enterprise environments.
• Support development, enhancement, and maintenance of large-scale data pipelines and system interfaces.
• Work with cross-functional Data & AI teams to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations within modern cloud-based architectures.
• Implement secure data flows and service connections aligned with government standards and enterprise governance.
• Assist in validating system compatibility, identifying integration gaps, and supporting remediation efforts.
• Contribute to documentation of integration workflows, system mappings, and technical implementation artifacts.
• Support real-time and batch data ingestion and transformation within Databricks-based environments.
