Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a hands-on Databricks Architect to lead enterprise data integration, warehousing and analytics delivery. You will bridge business users, Product Owners, PMs and offshore teams to ensure reliable solutions from requirements to production deployment.

The ideal candidate has deep Databricks, Informatica PowerCenter/IICS, SQL Server and Netezza experience, plus Power BI and cloud platforms knowledge, and strong leadership in Agile environments.

Formación

• Experience with Databricks, data warehousing, ETL and enterprise analytics delivery.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating offshore delivery resources.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS.
• Strong SQL Server experience, advanced SQL development, procedures and tuning.
• Experience with IBM Netezza for data warehouse solutions.
• Knowledge of data integration patterns, dimensional modeling, processing, data quality and production support.
• Experience with Databricks data engineering, Delta Lake, lakehouse patterns or ETL modernization.
• Experience with Power BI enterprise dashboards and semantic models.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Databricks Architect to lead enterprise data integration, data warehousing, andanalytics delivery. The role will serve as the primary bridge among business users, Product Owners, Project Managers, QAteams, upstream and downstream application partners, and offshore development teams.The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in Informatica, SQL Server, and Netezza with proven technical leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with Databricks, Power BI, and cloud platforms is aplus. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can translate business needs into reliable technical solutions and driveexecution from requirements through production deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in databricks, data warehousing, ETL, data integration, or enterprise analytics delivery.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating work with offshore delivery resources.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, advanced SQL development, stored procedures, query optimization, andperformance tuning.
• Experience developing or supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions on IBM Netezza.
• Solid understanding of data integration patterns, dimensional modeling, batch processing, data quality, and production support.
• Experience with Databricks, including data engineering, Delta Lake, lakehouse patterns, or ETL modernization.
• Experience with Power BI, including enterprise dashboards, semantic models, data refresh, and reporting solutions.
• Experience with cloud data services on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum and structured SDLC delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, planning, organization, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
