Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced SQL Server Developer for a 100% onsite role in the United States. The position focuses on enterprise data warehousing, ETL, and analytics delivery, serving as a hands-on lead across business users, Product Owners, and offshore partners.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter/IICS, MS SQL Server, and data integration patterns. Knowledge of Databricks, Power BI, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 8+ years of data warehousing, ETL, data integration, or analytics delivery.
• 3+ years of leading technical teams and coordinating offshore resources.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS.
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server, advanced SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with IBM Netezza data warehouse solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Onsite Technical Lead to lead enterprise data integration, data warehousing, andanalytics delivery. The role will serve as the primary bridge among business users, Product Owners, Project Managers, QAteams, upstream and downstream application partners, and offshore development teams.The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in Informatica, SQL Server, and Netezza with proven technical leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with Databricks, Power BI, and cloud platforms is aplus. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can translate business needs into reliable technical solutions and driveexecution from requirements through production deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in data warehousing, ETL, data integration, or enterprise analytics delivery.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams and coordinating work with offshore delivery resources.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, advanced SQL development, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience developing or supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions on IBM Netezza.
• Solid understanding of data integration patterns, dimensional modeling, batch processing, data quality, and production support.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum and structured SDLC delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, planning, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks, including data engineering, Delta Lake, lakehouse patterns, or ETL modernization.
• Experience with Power BI, including enterprise dashboards, semantic models, data refresh, and reporting solutions.
• Experience with cloud data services on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of cloud data lakes, lakehouse architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, or DataOps practices.
• Insurance industry experience, preferably within Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Exposure to policy, claims, billing, underwriting, finance, reinsurance, or regulatory reporting data.
• Experience delivering solutions in a regulated environment with awareness of audit, compliance, data governance, privacy,
• Security, and data-retention requirements.
