Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a Database Technical Lead with Oracle and Azure Cloud experience to drive project delivery and migration of Oracle databases. You will collaborate with project managers and technical leads to plan, build, and migrate database technologies within Azure infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has strong Oracle expertise, Oracle upgrade/migration experience, Exadata familiarity, and solid Linux/Windows server skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Oracle database technologies and tuning.
• Experience in Database Upgrade, Migration, Patch Installation, and Implementation.
• Azure Public Cloud knowledge with migration focus.
• MS-SQL experience is a bonus.
• Database Migration experience and Exadata familiarity.
• Experience with RHEL / Windows Server.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers and Technical Leads to drive project delivery.
• Responsible for discovery, planning, building, and migration of Oracle database technologies.
• Review and validate architectural documents; perform troubleshooting / root cause analysis.
• Contribute to Application Automation / Configuration Management for database environments.

Role: Database Technical Lead (Oracle with Azure Cloud Experience must)

This role exists to work with Project managers and Technical leads to drive project delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for the discovery, planning, building, and migration of database technologies (Oracle) of a project. You are expected to have strong knowledge/understanding of Azure Public Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Oracle database technologies and tuning
• Strong knowledge and experience in Database Upgrade, Migration, Patch Installation, and Implementation

MS-SQL experience is a bonus
