You are:

You are an administrator, a developer, and a tester of all things DATABASE! You can swiftly perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. You enjoy maintaining database management systems (DBMS) and providing input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.

Here’s what you need:

• 7 years of overall database administration experience (ORACLE & Postgres RDS)
• Experience with working in different OS platforms (Linux/RHEL)
• Experience in Oracle 19C/21C database administration, support, implantation, configuration and upgrades
• Experience in Oracle Data Guard, RMAN (Backup & Recovery), Cloning, Resource Management, OEM Grid administration and Implementation for version 19C/21C databases
• Experience in Oracle database performance tuning using AWR/ASH/ADDM reports for troubleshooting performance issues
• Working experience of AWS Cloud Services (Cloud Watch Cloud Trail, EC2)
  
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Database script writing (PL/SQL), database storage management, database interfaces, external application database interfaces, and other systems database interfacing
• Experience in shell scripting to enhance and update daily monitoring tasks
• Hardware replacement, firmware upgrades, and patching to all COTS software products, including operating systems

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:

$98,500—$184,900 USD
