Corewell Health in Royal Oak, MI, seeks a data analytics professional to optimize CMMS usage, develop reports, and provide data-driven insights to leadership. You will design data sources, dashboards, and training for system users to improve quality and decision-making.
You will gather business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and collaborate with IS and clinical teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement across departments.
This role supports Facilities Maintenance, Biomedical, and other service lines as needed working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop solutions, and optimize the use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and related technologies. Responsible for managing software applications, data, and technical services. Analyze data, develop customized reports and dashboards, improve data quality, and provide meaningful insights that support informed decision-making. Serves as a key resource for users by providing technical support, education, and training related to system functionality and reporting tools.
