Harmonia Holdings is seeking a Database Programmer to join our team supporting a federal government client.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Design, implement, and maintain complex databases, providing technical solutions throughout different stages of the development life cycle.
2. Maintain database dictionaries, monitor standards and procedures, and facilitate system integration through database design.
3. Utilize knowledge and experience with Oracle or SQL Server DBMS languages.
4. Support O&M and system enhancements by executing all phases of application programming activities.
5. Work across all phases of database management at a high level of competency.

Preferred Experience:

1. Developing complex database objects such as stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers using SQL and PL/SQL.
2. Creating generic PL/SQL code modules for data manipulation and report handling.
3. Experience with data loading, DDL scripts, and control files for extracting data from flat files and Excel.
4. Writing scripts for database objects like tables, indexes, views, and grants.
5. Knowledge of tools like Toad for Oracle, data modeling, and technical documentation.
6. Experience with Oracle replication, change control processes, Excel, and Github.

Minimum Qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Database Programmer for an intermediate level; 10+ years for a senior level.
