TechFlow Inc. seeks an experienced Database Programmer to join our team.

You will provide database engineering support for development and production activities, supporting the Enterprise Logistics Readiness Portfolio at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL, in a Cloud One hosted environment. You will program, administer, test, and implement databases, coordinate changes, and ensure security measures, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred.
• DoD data ops certs preferred.
• Journeyman: HS 8+ yrs, BS 4+ yrs, or MS with no exp; Senior: BS 7+ yrs, MS 3+ yrs.
• Experience with Jira, DevSecOps tools, Selenium, JMeter, Checkmarx, SonarQube, MS Office.
• Languages: .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, C#, YAML, Docker.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Program, administer, test, and implement databases using DBMSs.
• Coordinate changes to computer databases.
• Create, modify, and use database procedures, queries, triggers, scripts, and views.
• Provide system and database engineering support for dev/test/production releases.
• Troubleshoot and repair database communications.
• Follow Cloud One hosted environment processes for releases.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement database security measures.

TechFlow Inc. is seeking an experiencedDatabase Programmerto join our team. As a Database Programmer at TechFlow, you will provide all system and database engineering support for development and production activities.. The ideal candidate will support our cross-functional team to provide life cycle support of the Enterprise Logistics Readiness Portfolio, Cargo and Personnel Movement Product Line Family of Systems at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to program, administer, test, and implement computer databases within a Cloud One hosted environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems
• Coordinate changes to computer databases
• Create, modify, and use database procedures, processes, queries, triggers, scripts, and views
• Provide system and database engineering support for development, test, and production activities required for each software release
• Troubleshoot and repair Database communication
• Follow software development, testing and system fielding processes of the Cloud One hosted environments
• Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases
• High school diploma or GED
• Required years of experience as detailed below. General work experience may be substituted for education.
• Journeyman level: HS: 8+ years of experience, BS: 4+ years, or Master's with no experience
• Senior level: BS: 7+ years of experience, MS: 3+ years
• Experience with project-specific tools such as Jira, DevSecOps tools across all phases, Selenium, JMeter, Checkmarx, SonarQube, Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of coding languages as appropriate for their team role (such as, but not limited to: .net; Java; JavaScript; Python; SQL; PL/SQL; XML; C#; YAML; Docker)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Active DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• DoD Data Operations Specialist Certification(s)
