Qualifications

• Five to seven years of database administration experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience leading a DBA team and driving professional growth.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server installation, configuration, performance tuning, replication, log shipping, mirroring, clustering, and Always On.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DBA team across the firm to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Direct resolution of major database incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable database schemas and data models.
