Job summary

Interclypse, Inc. seeks a database-focused professional to lead development and maintenance of critical database systems in Maryland. You will plan resources and support developers in load analysis, backup, and recovery, while guiding the team to improve performance.

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and extensive DBMS experience. Onsite work across Maryland locations is required, with a strong emphasis on growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Business or related technical discipline.
• 7 years of experience in development and maintenance of database systems.
• 5 years of experience with DBMS, system design and analysis, operating systems software, and data manipulation languages.

Responsibilities

• Plan and budget staff and data resources.
• Support application developers in planning, load analysis, and data backup/recovery.
• Reallocate resources to maximize benefits when necessary.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on DBMS concepts.
• Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff.
• Monitor performance and identify efficiency improvements.
