Job summary

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly motivated Database Developer to join our Washington, DC team. The role focuses on SQL/PL-SQL development, backend reporting, automation, and performance tuning to keep production databases performant and well-documented.

You will work closely with customers, end users, and development teams to ensure databases align with application needs and security practices. A Top-Secret clearance is required. E-INFOSOL supports the Intelligence Community and DoD sectors.

Qualifications

Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL development and backend reporting.
Ability to automate database management tasks and optimize performance.
Experience designing database schemas and maintaining data integrity.
Knowledge of security permissions and access controls for databases.
Experience documenting database designs, configurations and procedures.
Ability to implement robust backup and recovery strategies.

Responsibilities

Perform SQL and PL/SQL development, including backend reports to support user needs.
Develop scripts to automate database management processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot database performance.
Develop, optimize, and tune stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and queries for applications.
Interface with customers, users, and developers as needed.
Maintain the database schema and design, supporting transitions and development.
Provide SME input on ingesting data into the database from sources such as file systems.
Perform ongoing database maintenance.
