E-INFOSOL is seeking a highly motivated Database Developer in Washington, DC to perform SQL and PL/SQL development, backend reporting, and database automation. The candidate will collaborate with customers and development teams to keep production databases performant, documented, and aligned with application needs.

The role requires an active Top-Secret security clearance, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 4–6 years of experience in database design, performance optimization, and secure

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience developing, testing, and implementing database solutions.
• Experience designing and maintaining database schemas and procedures.
• Experience monitoring performance, optimizing queries and indexes, and managing security permissions.

Responsibilities

• Perform SQL and PL/SQL development, including backend reports.
• Develop scripts to automate database management processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance.
• Tune stored procedures, functions, triggers, views and queries for development needs.
• Interface with customers, users, and developers as needed.
• Maintain database schema and design; support transitions and development activities.
• Provide SME on data ingestion from sources such as file systems.
