Job summary

Magnaflow, based in Oceanside, CA, seeks a Database Developer to design, develop, and optimize database solutions for BI and analytics initiatives. You will build ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks, and develop data warehouses to empower reporting across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in database development, deep knowledge of SQL Server and Azure SQL, and experience with data governance and data quality practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in database development, data engineering.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL, including query optimization and stored procedure development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance database solutions.
• Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks.
• Develop and support enterprise data warehouse and data mart architectures.
• Collaborate with application developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data models.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across platforms.
