Description

We are looking for an experienced Database Developer to join our team in New Castle, Delaware. This role requires a highly skilled individual capable of creating and managing efficient database systems to support critical business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, business intelligence, and database development, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain database systems to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data needs, ensuring accurate and efficient solutions.

Implement cloud technologies to optimize database performance and scalability.

Develop and execute test plans, including AB testing, to validate database functionality.

Create dashboards and reports to visualize data and support decision-making processes.

Utilize tools like Informatica and MapR to manage data sources and integrations.

Write and maintain business requirement documents to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Provide technical expertise on Microsoft SQL Server and other database platforms.

Monitor and troubleshoot database performance and security issues.

Mentor team members and share best practices for database development and management.

Requirements

Proven experience in database development and management.

Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and their application in database systems.

Proficiency in tools such as Informatica, MapR, and Microsoft SQL Server.
