Job summary

Footbridge Federal seeks a senior IT leader to design and implement Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards. You will build robust data architectures and integrate AI/ML into enterprise workflows while ensuring cybersecurity compliance.

You will manage ALM across Azure and AWS, develop documentation and training materials, and lead end-to-end development in a collaborative, mission-focused environment with federal civilian and defense programs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 5+ years IT systems development focusing on the Microsoft solution stack, cloud technologies, and data engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and BI tools.
• 3+ years of architecting cloud solutions across AWS and Azure, FedRAMP compliant.
• 2+ years developing Canvas/Model-driven apps with PowerFx and SharePoint Online.
• Hands-on experience implementing production-grade AI/ML and intelligent automation.
• Strong understanding of ALM, authentication, and application security.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Job description

• Integrate advanced capabilities such as generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing into enterprise workflows.
• Create comprehensive system documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials for staff.
• Manage application lifecycles (ALM) using version control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices across Azure and AWS.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and data-handling policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance (an Interim Secret clearance is acceptable to start).
• 5+ years of IT systems development experience, focusing on the Microsoft solution stack, cloud technologies, and data engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
