Job summary

Susquehanna International Group is seeking a PostgreSQL Database Administrator to join our team in a high transaction financial trading environment. You will install, configure, and optimize our enterprise database platform, collaborating with development and engineering teams to ensure stability and scalability across multiple instances.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5 years of PostgreSQL experience, 2 years of MariaDB experience, and strong Linux scripting

• 5 years of experience with PostgreSQL.

Susquehanna is seeking a Postgres Database Administrator to join our team! This role offers the opportunity to leverage your current knowledge of relational database expertise to ensure stability and scalability of our enterprise database platform. You will not only focus on installing, configuring, and updating our growing environment of instances, but will also ensure that current and future instances are optimized to meet the needs of our evolving business.

• Scalability – This opportunity offers exposure to our high transaction and high availability financial trading environment consisting of multiple database platforms.
• Collaboration – You will partner closely with fellow database administrators, as well as our development and engineering teams to share ideas and recommendations for solutions that will increase and expand our enterprise database capabilities.
