Job summary

State of New York is recruiting a Database Administrator (DBA) with expertise in Sybase and SQL Server to support critical systems in Albany. The role requires extensive experience in installation, performance tuning, maintenance, and documentation of enterprise databases.

The selected candidate will handle data migration, upgrades, and security patches, and will use ERWin for data modeling, with Tableau or Cognos Analytics for reporting. This is a long-term engagement located in Albany, NY.
