Job Title: Database Administrator Analyst

This position is remote but requires regular travel to Blue Bell, PA.

MUST possess SAS certification or have 1-2 years of work experience in SAS Base application.

As a Database Administrator Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data submissions, leveraging your expertise in data management and SAS programming.

This role involves managing risk adjustment data submissions to CMS, combining technical challenges with direct healthcare impact.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize SAS to process, edit, and format data for CMS submission, ensuring compliance.
2. Create and maintain datasets, perform data validation and analysis.
3. Document audit trails and perform reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
4. Collaborate with vendors, providers, and internal teams to manage workflow and meet deadlines.
5. Develop data extraction processes for business needs and external requests.
6. Support database troubleshooting and maintenance to meet service levels.
7. Implement databases for testing and production environments.
8. Assist in logical data modeling based on business requirements.
9. Monitor project progress, identify issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• SAS Base Certification or 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with data management principles.
• Proficiency in data retrieval, comparison, and formatting using SAS.
• Understanding of ETL processes.
• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.

The target hourly compensation range is $24 to $29, based on education, experience, certifications, and location.
