We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Data Integration Specialist to manage and optimize enterprise database environments, including Oracle Cloud and Salesforce CRM. This role requires strong expertise in data modelling, ETL processes, PL/SQL development, and visualization tools such as Tableau. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-performance, scalable data solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Oracle Cloud and Salesforce CRM database systems.
• Design logical and physical data models and create Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams.
• Prepare detailed source-to-target mapping documentation for ETL development.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, and triggers.
• Use Azure Data Factory (ADF), Informatica, and Tableau to support data integration and reporting.
• Build and support Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.
• Ensure user interface components meet EIR Accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with IT, application development, and business teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain database security standards and support disaster recovery protocols.
• Provide occasional after-hours and weekend support as needed (pre-approved).

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in data integration, modelling, and ETL workflows.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud RDBMS and Salesforce CRM.
• Proficient in data modelling tools and techniques (ADF, Informatica, Tableau).
• Expertise in logical and physical data modelling, including ER diagrams.
• Proven experience writing complex PL/SQL scripts (packages, triggers, stored procedures).
• Experience creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data transformation best practices.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities.
• Familiar with standard SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Perl scripting.
• Certifications in ADF or Informatica.
