Key Responsibilities
Run SQL queries and reports to validate and correct front desk and clinical data.
Perform routine data audits on benefit assignments, insurance relationships, and checkout status.
Identify missing or incorrect codes in E/M, ICD/CPT, billing, and vaccination records.
Assist in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data entry and reporting.
Support cleanup of duplicate patient records to ensure EHR consistency.
Required Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
