The Data Engineer is responsible for and has deep expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance data warehouses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful data warehouse implementations and have hands‑on experience integrating data across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce CRM, and ADP Payroll. The position will play a critical role in our organization's journey toward a data-driven future.
7+ years of experience in database administration and data warehouse development.Proven track record of delivering performance-optimized data warehouses at scale.
Strong SQL expertise with experience in query optimization, indexing, partitioning, and replication.
Proficient with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or equivalent.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
Understanding of data modeling principles (star/snowflake schema).
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
