Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience with advanced SQL, including query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Solid understanding of relational database design and data modeling principles
• Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure data services
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Dataverse
• Knowledge of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data architecture
• Experience supporting Power BI datasets and reporting environments
• Strong grasp of database administration tasks like security, backups, and performance monitoring
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities with effective communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high‑quality deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and its data structures
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory or similar data integration tools
• Familiarity with data governance, master data management, and data quality practices
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, Fabric, or SQL are advantageous

Position Highlights:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Synapse, and Dataverse
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to enhance reporting and operational systems
• Build and manage robust data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues, applying tuning techniques
• Support data integration efforts across enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM systems
• Develop datasets and data models to empower Power BI reporting
• Continually seek opportunities to modernize and improve existing data infrastructure
• Ensure all data practices align with organizational security, governance, and compliance standards
• Document data architectures, processes, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross‑departmental teams to deliver scalable analytical solutions that support business objectives
