Job summary

Freese and Nichols, in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a Database Administrator to lead scalable technology solutions, improve performance, security and reliability, and mentor others.

You will partner with stakeholders to design and implement end-to-end database architectures, govern documentation, and support ongoing modernization and value delivery across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level 1+ year of relevant experience in database administration.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Ability to develop technical documentation and support security, architecture and system life cycle practices.
• Ability to mentor others and contribute to continuous improvement in technical practices.

As Database Administrator, you will lead and support scalable technology solutions while strengthening system performance, security and long-term reliability.
