Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of SQL Server Database Administration experience (SQL Server 2008-2019).
• 4+ years of experience with Azure-based database and data warehouse solutions.
• Strong experience with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS.
• Advanced T-SQL programming and performance tuning expertise.
• Experience with indexing strategies, query optimization, and database architecture.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and CI/CD pipelines preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage SQL Server backups, transaction logs, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.

• Lead database upgrades, patching, deployments, and CI/CD implementations.
• Performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization using advanced T-SQL.
• Maintain database security, governance, and high availability standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams on modernization initiatives.
